Decision-making/Minutes of the institutions
The agendas and minutes of the various bodies of the city are publicly available on the city's Internet service. The agendas will be replaced by the minutes once they have been finalised. The minutes will, as a rule, be published on the Internet after the revision of the minutes of the meeting. The minutes of the meetings, insofar as the decisions are made public, are also publicly available in the offices of the municipalities during the periods mentioned below.
As a rule, the city agencies and offices are open from 9.00 to 15.00.
